HOFSL is an independent intermediary, regulated in the conduct of Investment Business by The Jersey Financial Services Commission and markets a range of investment and financial services products from the available market.

HOMS is an independent intermediary acting the mortgage/finance arena and which in Jersey is currently an unregulated activity. HOMS is registered with The Jersey Financial Services Commission.

HOFSL is bound by the Codes of Practice for regulated investment businesses in Jersey and adopts a strict customer due diligence and anti-money laundering policy, in line with the applicable laws and the Regulator’s guidance notes.

Under the Data Protection Law, our customers have a right to be provided with details of the information that we hold about them, on payment of the current fee. Requests for such information should be directed to the Compliance Officer. Telephone calls may be monitored or recorded.

The information you provide may be used and processed by us in any media for the following purposes:

I. To provide information to or search the files of one or more licensed credit reference agencies (such agencies will keep a record of these searches to confirm information and in order to perform credit assessments or account administration).

II. To disclose information to credit reference agencies at their request for consideration of any future applications for finance made by you or members of your household/family or for fraud prevention and/or tracing debtors. The agencies may also disclose your details to other lenders for this purpose.

III. To disclose the data to any third party who replaces The Group in its capacity as a financial services intermediary.
